How I Work

The work is reflexive.
Not just reflective.

Reflection asks: what happened? Reflexivity asks: how did I shape what happened — and why? Most leadership development stops at reflection. I go further.

I help leaders and organizations build the habit of examining their own positionality — so that self-awareness becomes embedded in how they lead, facilitate, and decide, not just something they do in a workshop once a year.

Three areas of practice

Facilitation

I design and hold space for the conversations organizations need to have — about equity, alignment, culture, and what is really getting in the way. Built for education agencies, policy organizations, and civic teams.

Leadership Coaching

One-on-one and cohort coaching for leaders ready to examine their own lens. Especially powerful for emerging leaders, educators stepping into larger roles, and professionals building consulting practices.

Learning Design

Building learning experiences that do not just inform — they transform. From workshops to full curriculum design, every experience is grounded in reflexive practice and designed to stick.

The philosophy

"I do not come in with a pre-built solution. I come in with a framework and the skill to help your team find what is true for them."

Reflexive question: Where might fear be disguised as professionalism in your organization?

The framework behind the work

The Contextual Lens Protocol (CLP 2.0)

Every engagement is grounded in the CLP — a published, citable framework that gives individuals and teams the shared language to examine context, lead with intention, and build cultures that hold.
