Work With Me
Building high-functioning teams, professional learning communities, and organizational cultures that actually hold. For schools, nonprofits, and organizations ready to do the work with intention and rigor.
How we can work together
Every engagement is built around your specific context, goals, and people. The work spans three areas. Reach out to start the conversation about what fits your organization right now.
Workshops and Facilitation
Facilitated professional learning experiences designed for teams, departments, and organizations. Sessions are built with the tools, structures, and frameworks that give teams a shared language for collaboration, continuous improvement, and professional discourse. This includes designing and facilitating professional learning communities, building PLC structures from the ground up, and equipping teams with the resources to sustain meaningful collaborative practice long after the engagement ends.
The Contextual Lens Protocol serves as the facilitation framework throughout, giving participants a concrete and citable tool they can integrate into their ongoing team practice. Engagements are available as half-day, full-day, or multi-session experiences built around your goals and culture.
Right for: School and district teams, nonprofit staff cohorts, L&D departments, and any organization building the internal infrastructure for continuous and sustainable professional learning.
Consulting
Organizational consulting for schools, districts, nonprofits, and institutions working through complex challenges. Whether the presenting issue is a culture that is not cohering, a strategic plan that is not gaining traction, or systems that are not producing the outcomes they were designed for, the work involves examining your structures, aligning your people, and building the organizational conditions that make improvement sustainable over time.
The culture of any organization is a direct reflection of how its leaders understand themselves in relation to the people they serve. That examination is built into every consulting engagement.
Right for: District and school leadership teams, nonprofit executive teams, and organizations navigating strategic transition, culture challenges, or equity-focused redesign.
Coaching
One-on-one and small group coaching for educators, instructional coaches, administrators, and organizational leaders focused on building real capacity in how they lead teams, facilitate adult learning, and drive instructional improvement. Coaching is structured around your actual goals and context, with tools that help leaders move from knowing what to do to doing it consistently and with confidence.
The Contextual Lens Protocol is woven into the coaching process as a framework for deepening how leaders understand their own impact on team culture and collaborative practice.
Right for: Emerging and experienced administrators, instructional coaches, teacher leaders, and organizations building or strengthening their internal leadership pipeline.
